Elesa+Ganter 113007-KN HCK.127-ZN-M12-NBR-PC-P-STL-KN Column Level Indicator

The Elesa+Ganter 113007-KN column level indicator is an HCK.127 oil level monitoring component developed for hydraulic reservoirs and industrial fluid systems where compact mounting, readable level indication and temperature feedback are required. It follows the 127 mm hole centre format and uses an M12 mounting configuration.

Product Construction

This indicator combines glass-fibre reinforced polyamide based technopolymer assembly ends with a natural aluminium support and a white lacquered aluminium contrast screen. The contrast screen improves readability and can help maintenance personnel read the oil level more confidently in busy production environments.

The PC code indicates a transparent polycarbonate tube for oil service. The NBR O-ring is suitable for continuous working temperatures up to 100°C. The P designation refers to polycarbonate front protection, a practical feature for industrial environments where the level window may be exposed to handling, cleaning or accidental contact.

Temperature Monitoring

The STL section of the code identifies the PT100 electrical temperature probe. This is valuable when oil temperature is part of machine condition monitoring. A stable oil level is important, but temperature trends can also reveal load changes, cooling issues or abnormal operating conditions before a larger failure occurs.

Practical Application Areas

The Elesa+Ganter 113007-KN HCK.127-ZN-M12-NBR-PC-P-STL-KN column level indicator can be used on hydraulic power units, lubrication systems, industrial machinery tanks and compact machine frames. Its 56 mm visible level range gives a clear local reference point without occupying excessive space.

Elesa+Ganter 113007-KN FAQ

What makes the 113007-KN useful in hydraulic systems?

It combines level visibility with a PT100 temperature probe, allowing operators to check both oil level and temperature-related operating conditions.

Is the body material metal or plastic?

The assembly ends are reinforced technopolymer, while the support is aluminium. This combination balances strength, weight and corrosion-conscious design.

Can it be used with water-glycol fluids?

This PC tube version is generally intended for oil. For water or glycol-based fluids, the correct tube specification should be confirmed before use.

What should be checked before installation?

Confirm hole spacing, M12 mounting requirements, tightening torque, seal compatibility and the electrical connection needs of the PT100 probe.
