Technical Structure

The HCZ.127 has a transparent PA-T based technopolymer body. The clear body helps operators quickly read the oil level during routine inspection.

This model uses M12 mounting and is associated with a mounting hole diameter of approximately 12.5 mm. The 127 mm centre distance gives it a practical reading range for medium-capacity tanks. In laboratory tests with mineral oil type CB68 at 23°C, standard HCZ.76 and HCZ.127 welded bodies are reported to withstand 18 bar for a limited period, although real operating suitability should always be confirmed under actual system conditions.
