Elesa+Ganter 113153 Electrical Column Level Indicator
The Elesa+Ganter 113153 electrical column level indicator is an HCK.127 model built for applications where oil level visibility and temperature measurement are both important. Unlike versions with an 80°C temperature switch, this model includes an STL temperature electrical probe, identified as a PT100 probe.
Technical Design
The product configuration is HCK.127-ZN-M12-FKM-PC-P-E-NO-STL. It has a 127 mm hole centre distance, zinc-plated steel fastening hardware, FKM O-rings and a transparent polycarbonate tube for oil level observation. The front protection is made from polycarbonate and can be removed when cleaning is required.
The minimum level sensor uses a normally open contact. When the fluid reaches the minimum level threshold, the contact closes. The STL element is a PT100 temperature electrical probe, which measures temperature through the resistance variation of a platinum element. This makes it suitable for systems where temperature data is preferred over a simple fixed temperature switching point.
Why Choose the STL Version?
The main reason to select this model is temperature visibility at the system level. A PT100 probe can provide a measurable temperature signal for control equipment, monitoring devices or maintenance diagnostics. This is useful in hydraulic systems where oil temperature trends matter, not just a single alarm point.
Industrial Applications
This indicator is suitable for hydraulic reservoirs, oil tanks, power units and lubrication systems where operators need a clear visual level and engineers need electrical feedback. The side output connector supports compact mounting and helps reduce interference around the sensor area.

Elesa+Ganter 113153 FAQ
What is the main function of Elesa+Ganter 113153?
It provides visual oil level indication, a normally open minimum level electrical contact and a PT100 temperature probe for temperature measurement.
What does STL mean in this product code?
STL identifies the PT100 temperature electrical probe version. It is used where temperature measurement is needed instead of a fixed 80°C temperature switch.
Is the level contact normally open?
Yes. The E-NO configuration means the contact closes when the minimum fluid level threshold is reached.
Where is this product commonly installed?
It is commonly installed on hydraulic reservoirs, lubrication units and oil tanks where fluid level and temperature behaviour must be monitored reliably.
