The Elesa+Ganter 11193 oil electrical level indicator, also known as HCV.127-ST-AX-NC-M12, is designed for hydraulic reservoirs where clear oil level reading and temperature awareness are both important. Built from transparent PA-T technopolymer, it offers strong resistance to oils with additives, solvents, hydrocarbons, petrol, naphtha and phosphoric esters.
This model uses an M12 connection and a 127 mm mounting distance, making it suitable for industrial hydraulic systems that require stable visual inspection points. The integrated MAX temperature electrical sensor is normally closed, meaning the contact opens when the pre-set temperature of 80°C is reached. This helps maintenance teams identify overheating conditions before they affect hydraulic reliability.

The HCV.127-ST-AX-NC-M12 features a swivelling connector with built-in cable gland and contact holders. The connector can be arranged for front or side cable output, supporting flexible installation in compact machine layouts. Its IP65 protection class helps protect the electrical connection against water sprays, while the ultrasound-welded body improves sealing reliability.
The indicator is designed for a maximum continuous working temperature of 90°C with oil. In laboratory testing with CB68 mineral oil at 23°C, the welded structure withstood up to 18 bar for a limited period. The lens effect improves oil level visibility, even from side positions, helping operators read the reservoir condition quickly during routine checks.
