Eleasa+Ganter 11054-KN HCV.76-E-ST-NO-M10-KN Electrical Level Indicator
Product Description
The Elesa+Ganter 11054-KN HCV.76-E-ST-NO-M10-KN electrical level indicator is a compact hydraulic reservoir monitoring component with visual oil level display, MIN level electrical signalling and maximum temperature detection. The KN version is especially relevant where a practical M12x1 connector interface is preferred for machine wiring, maintenance and modular system integration.
Key Technical Characteristics
This indicator belongs to the HCV.76 format and uses an M10 mounting thread. Its transparent PA-T technopolymer body supports clear visual inspection of fluid level, while the black glass-fibre reinforced technopolymer float contains the magnetic element required to activate the reed contact. The float is intended for fluids with density higher than 800 kg/m³.
Electrical Behaviour
The NO configuration means the electrical contact remains open under normal conditions and closes when the minimum oil level is reached or when the preset 80°C temperature point is triggered. For KN variants, the voltage range is below 30 Vac and below 30 Vdc. The M12x1 connector design makes the unit practical for equipment layouts where fast connection and replacement are important.
Elesa+Ganter 11054-KN Industrial Relevance
The Elesa+Ganter 11054-KN HCV.76-E-ST-NO-M10-KN electrical level indicator is commonly associated with hydraulic power units, lubrication systems, oil tanks and compact industrial machinery where space is limited but operational feedback is required. Its lens effect improves readability, while ultrasonic welding helps support reliable sealing. For Elesa+Ganter technical information, related components can be reviewed in the same product family.
Elesa+Ganter 11054-KN FAQ
What makes the 11054-KN different from the standard 11054 version?
The 11054-KN version uses an M12x1 connector interface, while the standard version uses a cable gland arrangement.
Is the contact normally open?
Yes. This model has a normally open contact that closes when the set level or temperature condition is reached.
What does the 80°C function mean?
The indicator can provide an electrical signal when the maximum preset oil temperature reaches 80°C.
Why is the transparent body important?
It allows operators to check oil level visually without relying only on the electrical signal.
Where should this component not be installed?
It should not be installed close to strong magnetic fields, because the sensor system uses magnetic activation.
